Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. Local pickup option is available for those in the Perth Metro Area.
Domestic Orders within Australia:
Parcel Post and Express Post options are available for delivery within Australia.
Parcel Post: Usually arrives 7-14 business days from order to arrival.
Express Post: Usually arrives 4-7 business days from order to arrival.
International Orders:
Parcel Post and Express Post options are available for international delivery. Courier may be an option for delivery, dependent on the destination country.
Parcel Post: Usually arrives 8-14 business days from order to arrival.
Express Post: Usually arrives 6-10 business days from order to arrival.
Courier: Usually arrives 2-3 business days from order to arrival.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer returns or refunds on opened ceremonial cacao or cacao tea products as these are food products.
We also do not offer returns or refunds on melted cacao products as the product still retains all its integrity and physical and energetic properties, and is definitely still usable.
We do not offer returns or refunds on products that did not arrive in time as we do not have any control over logistical chain processes. Please see our Shipping and Delivery Information above.
If your situation does not relate to any of the above, we will offer a refund of less 25% of the fee of the product returned to us within 14 days. Send an email to advise us of the issue and we will contact you to arrange return of the products.
Please note that we are not able to refund shipping charges.
We aim to get your order out to you as soon as possible. This means that we are unable to cancel your order once placed as we have already started working on getting it to you!
