The Heart Sanctuary is a heart-centred small business based in Perth, Western Australia and is a labour of love of owner and Energy Healing Practitioner Christabelle Quadros (Christy).
Christy’s soul mission is to help individuals recognise their own divinity and light, and to empower them to live life with authenticity and to their highest potential and purpose. The Heart Sanctuary’s products and services align with this mission and have been conceived and collated with the intent of helping people and communities to connect, heal and empower themselves and others.

Christabelle Quadros​
THE FOUNDER
Christy has a unique background and is a world nomad having lived in Kuwait and India before calling Australia home. She grew up in a traditional Catholic household, however even at an early age, she was fascinated by spirituality, especially ancient cultures, their practices and wisdom. Christy is claircognizant and has always known that there is more to life than this physical realm, with an innate curiosity to discover more. She has a deep love for Mother Gaia and all her beings, and her calling is to bring healing to Earth and humanity.

Christy’s spiritual journey started in 2010 when she attended her first meditation class out of curiosity. Time went on and she got caught up in her career as an Electrical Engineer and the illusions of the rat race. Her spiritual awakening skyrocketed in 2019 when she had a chronic health issue that resulted in continuous pain and symptoms confining her to the house for 4+ months. It was during this dark night of the soul that Christy made meditation a daily practice and found sound therapy and energy healing. She attended her first cacao ceremony in 2020 and fell in love with this beautiful and potent plant medicine. Down the rabbit hole, she went, intrigued, and fascinated, wanting to learn and experience more.
As Christy healed her inner being, she started to see improvements, not only in her physical health but in her mental and emotional states too. She felt lighter, happier, empowered, and finally in flow with life. As she healed herself, she knew she had to share the magic of her learned practices with others.

Christy completed her Reiki I course in early 2021 and since then she has immersed herself in learning different healing modalities. She has completed several healing courses, including Soul Leadership Practitioner Training and Mentorship, Reiki II Certification, Cacao Circle Facilitator Training, and Ceremonial Cacao Training with The Mayan Wisdom Project based in Guatemala. She is currently undertaking a 9-month program in Tarot Therapy Training and her Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.
Christy is a non-judgemental and sensitive space holder, and she loves energy and spirit work. She is dedicated towards her own passion, mission and labour of love, this business, The Heart Sanctuary.
